Dear Patients

As of May 1st 2024 we will no longer be able to see patients who are not assigned to a current physician in the clinic. This includes paitents of Dr. Ghaffari, Dr. Makwati, Dr. Pan, Dr. Sonuga. We have been doing our best to care for patients who were attached to previous physicians of the clinic, however we do not have the capacity due to critical physician shortage and we are no longer able to provide this service. We recognize the hardship of this situation and are activley trying to recruit more physicians. We recommend these paitents add thier names to the Health Connect Registry so that they may be connected to a family practitioner when available.
